1. Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Use your product for up to 90 days from the day it's delivered. If you're not happy with the results for any reason, email us and we'll give you a full refund of the product price, even if the product has been used or opened.

  • One email to support@vellanook.com with your order number is all it takes. No forms, no phone calls.
  • In most cases, you do not need to send the product back. If we ever need it returned (for example, for a quality check on a defective item), we'll tell you in our reply and we'll cover the return shipping cost.
  • The guarantee covers one refund per customer per product, for orders placed on our website.

2. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

3. How refunds are paid

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • We process approved refunds within 2 business days of your request. Your bank or card issuer usually posts the credit within 5–10 business days after that.
  • Shipping is free on all orders, so there are no shipping charges to refund or deduct.

4. Order cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Email support@vellanook.com as soon as possible. If it has already shipped, you're still covered by the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

5. Exceptions

  • Gift cards are not refundable.
  • Orders from resellers or unauthorized marketplaces are not covered.
  • We may decline a refund in cases of clear abuse or fraud (for example, repeated refund requests on multiple orders).

6. Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom

In addition to our guarantee, EU and UK customers have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee already goes beyond this. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
