1. Who we are

vellanook.com (the "Site") is operated by Vellanook ("we", "us"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, you may use the Site only with a parent's or guardian's involvement.

3. Products and pricing

• We try to show products, colors and descriptions as accurately as possible, but screens vary and small differences can occur.
• All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless shown otherwise at checkout.
• We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. A price change won't affect an order we've already confirmed.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, you'll get a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Disputes and chargebacks

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us at support@vellanook.com first. We'll do our best to resolve it quickly.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to hack it, scraping it, using it for fraud, or uploading harmful content.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Vellanook or its licensors and may not be copied without our written permission.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you submit reviews, photos or comments, you give us permission to display them on the Site and in our marketing. Submissions must be honest and must not break any law or anyone's rights.

11. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as payment processors). We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

12. Disclaimer

Products are covered by any warranty stated on the product page and by rights you have under the law. Otherwise, the Site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under consumer protection law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers in the EU/UK keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
